Chair yoga
Mondays, 9:30am to 10:30am Monday 3 February to Monday 15 December Except Monday 21 April, Monday 9 June and Monday 6 October
This 1 hour chair-based yoga class is suitable for all levels.
The experienced instructor makes the class fun and lively and explains the benefits of chair-based yoga movements, like helps lower blood pressure, protects joints, and builds strength and balance.
Movements have been adapted to be performed while seated in a chair.
No experience necessary. All welcome. This class is held during school terms.
