Come along to our 45-minute lunchtime body blast class with George!

This full-body workout combines cardio and resistance training to give you an all round fitness experience. It's something different every time and it's always a blast!.

Whether you're a fitness enthusiast or just starting out, everyone is welcome. We can adapt the exercises to suit your needs, ensuring you feel confident and comfortable while getting the most out of your workout.
